Gujarat's first vinyl listening café

Theroomfindsitsownrhythm.

Blockheads is inspired by the kissa bars of 1960s Japan - intimate spaces where music wasn't background noise, it was the reason you came. We've built that idea into a space that pairs high-fidelity vinyl listening with considered food and coffee. For audiophiles, for curious first-timers, for anyone who wants an afternoon that sounds as good as it tastes. The cozy little spot you didn't know you needed - until you did.

For listening

Records worth slowing down for.

We take after Japan's listening bars, where a room is tuned like an instrument and the record chosen for the hour sets the pace of everything else - how you speak, how long you stay, how the coffee and food tastes.

Vinyl asks for patience. It crackles, it warms, it ends and has to be turned. That friction is the point. In a world that scrolls faster every year, we wanted a place you can touch, hear and feel - where a side of music is something you sit through, not skip.

So the collection is curated, not shuffled. Afternoons start bright and unhurried. And once the light drops, the room reads a different sleeve entirely.

Take a seat in our listening corner and experience vinyl at your own pace. Choose a record from our collection, place the needle yourself, and enjoy an uninterrupted session in a cozy setting with your food and drink.

Visited Blockheads recently and really enjoyed the coffee. The vinyl and gramophone theme makes the café stand out, and listening to music on headphones is a fun experience. It's a perfect place for couples if you're looking for a peaceful café with something different. Will definitely visit again.
